Mission Horse Club participated in this years Mission candlelight parade. While the whether was less than joyful all the various floats, lights, and music more that made up for it.
The event started next to the Mission train station just after 8 pm on December 6th, but the Mission horse club was there much earlier prepping the costumes and lights to decorate the various horses that they brought to the event.
As the clock rounded 8pm all the parade participants began to get into position, and before long they where all off. The parade started at the bend on lougheed hwy next to the Tim Hortons store, and continued all the way down to lougheed hwy and Haig St. The sidewalks where covered the entire way, both sides, with joyful kids, happy cheer, and warm coco.
